Whats the old man thinking?
In this section that we just read I found it very interesting. I have many questions about what is going on right now in the book. I don’t understand what the argument was about when he was fighting with himself about putting the oars out. I don’t understand why he didn’t, and I don’t understand why he had wanted to in the first place.
It is to dangerous to rig the oars as a drag if you must sleep.
I did like the fact that he is finally starting to see the fish change its actions. I think that we will soon read that he finally lands the fish to find himself out in the middle of nowhere. I think that in the very near future he will have to deal with the fact of getting the fish home.
